Case Study

Objective

Volt Heroes, led by CEO Alex, was growing fast but held back by manual, spreadsheet-driven processes and ad-hoc approvals that didn’t scale. As inquiries and marketing demand increased, these systems became a major bottleneck. Alex brought in Salesforce to replace the manual chaos with a scalable CRM solution. I partnered on the build to streamline operations, centralize data, and support growth. I’ll show how that system was designed and implemented.

Process

Built a full Sales Cloud solution for Volt Heroes centered on real-world sales workflows and adoption. Designed customer-specific lead and opportunity processes for Direct, Trade, and Wholesale customers, each with tailored stages, layouts, and pricing. Implemented end-to-end lead intake using Web-to-Lead, queues, assignment rules, and auto-responses to ensure clean routing. Connected marketing to revenue through campaign hierarchies and campaign influence. Rounded out the build with products, tiered price books, quotes, macros, and optimized Lightning pages to create a single source of truth for sales teams.

Outcome

After Salesforce, Volt Heroes eliminated bottlenecks and replaced manual chaos with a system built to scale. Orders, approvals, and leads now flow automatically, giving the team full visibility without spreadsheets or guesswork. Sales reps and managers work from a single source of truth, while Alex uses real-time dashboards to track revenue, workload, and upcoming jobs. The company shifted from reactive firefighting to proactive growth. Now powered by clean data, automation, and a scalable CRM.
