Hi, I'm John!

Born and raised in San Antonio Texas, I started my journey on the operator side of the business, scaling restaurant operations as a founder before moving into real estate and high-volume sales. I spent years working inside CRMs and systems that were inefficient or poorly designed, which ultimately pulled me into the Salesforce ecosystem.

Today, I build from that perspective. I bring a hybrid skill set that blends front-line sales execution with Salesforce systems thinking. I understand how deals actually move by intentional and strategic communication and how to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

I’m currently aligned with Salesforce Administrator roles and intentionally growing toward Business Analyst and consulting work.
